At Anderson Clark Motor Repairs Ltd we endeavour to provide outstanding levels of service to all of our customers. It is our intention to ensure that every customer can expect and receive the highest quality of workmanship, be treated in a courteous, friendly manner and be assured that their vehicle is in the best hands possible.

To ensure we achieve this, continual investment has been made in our facilities, equipment and training, our staff use the best and latest equipment available on the market.

To measure our quality standards we are regularly audited by an independent automotive trade body appointed by The Motor Ombudsman and are proud to have achieved accreditation with Investors in People and Investors in Young People at Gold status.

At Anderson Clark Moto Repairs Ltd, we ensure we comply with environmental legislation, all the waste oils, fluids, filters etc that are removed from your vehicle are disposed of in a responsible manner.

As a proactive business, we are continuously seeking to make improvements we fully recognise that the future success of our business relies upon us ensuring our customers are happy. It is our objective to provide you with a high standard of customer services at all times. However we are human and recognise that things can go wrong occasionally, and when this occurs we are committed to resolving matters promptly and efficiently.

Guarantee Terms & Conditions

The parts & labour itemised on your invoice, are guaranteed free from defect for (unless otherwise stated), 12 months or 12000 miles (whichever comes first) from the date of invoice, with the exclusion of damage arising from customer/third party interferences, routine wear and tear, negligence abuse and accidental damage.

In the event of a potential claim, you should notify us immediately whereupon the defect will be assessed and repaired free of charge providing the exclusions do not apply Your statutory rights are not affected

Estimates

Estimates (available in writing) include only the goods and work specified therein and are given as a guide only. They are given to the best of our ability on what can be seen and reasonably estimated, without any dismantling and what is assumed to be required to remedy the stated fault.

On dismantling, additional work may be discovered. Such additional repairs can be subjects of supplementary quotations if the customer so instructs.

Estimates, unless previously withdrawn are open for acceptance within 30 days, unless otherwise specified, from the date thereof. We reserve the right to charge for any dismantling an re-assembly of goods necessary for the purpose of preparing a quotation if the resultant quotation is not accepted.
