Anderson Clark Motor Repairs

For your vehicle repairs and servicing, where quality service and customer care drive everything we do.

We're Employee owned

Anderson Clark Motor Repairs has been a trusted name in vehicle servicing and repairs in Inverness for nearly three decades. We take pride in offering top-quality automotive care, ensuring our customers receive expert service with professionalism and reliability.

In 2024, we proudly transitioned to employee ownership, making us one of the first independent motor repair centres in Scotland to adopt this innovative model. This move ensures that our dedicated team of 14 employees now has a direct stake in the company's future, reinforcing our commitment to delivering exceptional service while maintaining the high standards our customers have come to expect.

Continuing our Values

Our leadership team includes Managing Director Neil Johnstone, Company Secretary Katie Fraser, and Workshop Manager Alan Reid, all of whom have been integral members of our business for many years. With the support of the Clark family during the transition, we continue to uphold our values of customer satisfaction, expert workmanship, and a welcoming service experience.

By embracing employee ownership, we not only secure the long-term stability of Anderson Clark Motor Repairs but also create a workplace where our team is invested in the success of every repair and service we provide. We look forward to continuing to serve the Inverness community with the same dedication and excellence that has defined us for years.

Motor Ombudsman Accreditation

We pride ourselves in customer care and will aim to do whatever is resonably possible to resolve an issue. If you have a problem, please get in touch with us. We will look into what's happened and aim to provide you with a response within the Service & Repair Code of Practice and no later than 8 weeks after you've contacted us. If you're not happy following the conclusion of our complaint handling procedure, we are accredited to the Service & Repair Code and you can complain to the Motor Ombudsman "TMO", who is our certified Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider. The Motor Ombudsman will offer free impartial information and, if appropriate, and alternative dispute resolution process in the event that you feel you are not satisfied with the outcome of a concern.

For further information, you can visit The Motor Ombudsman's website at www.themotorombudsman.org or call their information Line on 0345 241 3008. Calls are charged at your local rate.
